We are looking for a determined and effective Head of Growth who can take full ownership for our lead generation and sales results, driving change and sales mindset in the whole organization.

 

What is this position about:

  1. We believe that close cooperation between marketing and sales representatives is the key to an effective customer acquisition process. That’s why you will lead our internal Sales and Marketing team and be accountable for everything from the first view of our ad to signing the contract with a new client. 
  2. Your job will be to methodically scale up revenues, working directly with the CEO and the top management team, making tough decisions and driving positive change. We want to learn from you the best practices.

We are looking for a person:

  • A least 2 years of experience as Head of Growth or Sales/Marketing Manager with a proven track record of driving results and change
  • Knowledge / experience of working in the B2B segment with medium and big companies
  • C1/C2 English level
  • Setting ambitious goals for marketing and sales
  • Realizing those goals by creating action plans and making them a reality
  • Knowledge of setting up CRM systems and extracting value from them
  • Growth mindset – openness to different perspectives combined with bold thinking
  • Being on the growth trajectory – even if you are great, we want you to share our hunger for newskills and even more audacious and inspiring goals
  • Attention to details – we really want to forget about cleaning the CRM
  • Being a leader for a team with mixed skills and broad experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse team

What will you be responsible for?

  1. Business | You will take responsibility for achieving business growth objectives by executing and refining processes
  2. Strategy | build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing & sales plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals
  3. Management | lead, develop and inspire a team of marketers and sales representatives
  4. Analysis | use GA, Google Tag Manager and Pipedrive to measure and improve CAC, MRR and LTV

 

Salary

  • PLN 13 000 – 20 000 net of the base (depending on experience) + significant bonus for the results on the B2B contract
